HLK Creative Department Grows

HLK has added Heath Harris and Ryan Doggendorf as associate creative directors and Jake Houska as a senior copywriter. Joe Leahy, partner, made the announcement.

“As our client base and work continues to grow, we are excited to add these talented creative leaders,” said Leahy. “Heath, Ryan and Jake are bringing tremendous digital knowledge and experience, as well as passion and enthusiasm that fits well with our team.”

With more than two decades of experience, Harris has worked with brands such as Purina, Scottrade, Hanes, Hardee’s, Bunge North America, Charter Business and Commerce Bank, specializing in the interactive and digital space. Harris previously served as creative director at infuz.

Doggendorf has 10 years of experience working in St. Louis advertising agencies, and joins HLK after being in various creative positions at Moosylvania and Manifest. He’s worked with brands such as Sapporo Beer, ABC Family, PowerBar and Strange Donuts. He’s also previously served as an adjunct graphic design instructor for the University of Missouri – St. Louis.

Houska most recently served as founder and creative director for Moon House Creative, and was previously a copywriter for Alcone/Omnicom and Moosylvania. His brand experience includes California Lottery, Bass Pro Shops, the St. Louis Blues, Majestic Athletic and Sapporo Beer.
