HLK Names Rob Hofferman New Managing Director of Denver Office

May 22, 2018

HLK is excited to announce the hire of Rob Hofferman as the new managing director of the agency's Denver office. Rob is responsible for managing client relationships and the office's team members, identifying and cultivating new business opportunities in the market, and helping to grow the agency's network in Denver and the mountain region.

Rob brings more than two decades of experience leading integrated marketing and communications efforts across traditional, digital and experiential platforms for packaged goods, service and technology brands. He joins HLK from Crispin Porter + Bogusky in Boulder, Colorado, where he served as a group account director. Prior to that he served as founding partner at Grenadier, a Boulder-based partner company with Barkley. Rob is a University of Colorado Boulder graduate with a degree in psychology, grounding his work in consumer insights.

Rob Hofferman

He has deep empathy for brand audiences and a palpable passion for creating. (Don't believe us? When interviewing Rob, we asked what he would be doing instead of advertising if he won the lottery. He told us that he is doing what he loves and wouldn't change a thing. How cool is that?) Rob is a proven problem solver with an impressive track record and he is the perfect addition to oversee the agency's Denver operations as we continue to build our footprint in the area.

Rob lives in Boulder with his wife, Karen, and two children, Stella and Owen. He is an avid outdoorsman (though odds are 160:1 that he will win the agency's walking challenge) and when he isn't at the HLK office in downtown Denver or spending time with his family, you can find him running, skiing or camping.

Rob's partner in crime, Maggie, will be joining him in the HLK offices, as well as on the Denver-area mountain trails.
