New Strategists Join HLK

Ryan Henry and Jamie Smith recently joined HLK as strategists. Eric Karlovic, partner, made the announcement.

Prior to joining HLK, Henry served as head of customer experience with Peter Vardy Ltd. in the United Kingdom, where he was responsible for the implementation and management of the customer experience strategy across several locations, working with brands such as BMW, Mini, Jaguar, Land Rover and Porche. Henry is a graduate of the University of Glasgow.
Smith began her career as a marketing assistant for Bel-O Sales and Services before working as a web marketing account manager with The Net Impact. Most recently, Smith served as an interactive marketing strategist for Moosylvania, where she worked with brands such as Sapporo Beer and General Cigar. She is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Columbia.
