HLK Wins Big at 2014 St. Louis ADDY Awards
February 21, 2014
ST. LOUIS – HLK, a full-service digital agency, won three Gold ADDY Awards at the 2014 St. Louis Advertising Club’s annual ADDY awards ceremony last night. In addition to its three Gold Awards, HLK took home Certificates of Excellence for 15 other pieces of work.
HLK won top honors for its creative work on websites for Mapquest and Webster University. Additionally, HLK received a Gold ADDY for its work on BeardsvsBirds.com, a collaborative website with Boston-based agency CTP, during the 2013 World Series.
“This year’s ADDY judges were very tough and in fact did not give awards in several categories, so having 18 pieces in the show is a tremendous achievement for HLK,” said HLK partner Joe Leahy. “We are so proud of the entire HLK team for their incredible and tireless work over the past year. It is wonderful to have their passion and dedication for creating innovative work for our clients recognized.”
The ADDY awards are presented every year through the American Advertising Federation and celebrate area firms’ creativity and work. This year, judges awarded 165 total winning pieces out of 593 total entries, including 35 Gold Awards.
HLK is a full-service digital agency driven to create authentic brand experiences. Active clients include Nestle Purina, Monsanto, On The Run, Germ-X, St. Louis Cardinals, Mapquest, Emerson, St. Patrick Center and Webster University.
