This year, and for years to come, we’re uniting our nationwide HLK team in the St. Louis office to inspire and educate our teams — introducing the first annual HLK MOVES Conference!

We’re fully convinced that great work starts with great people, which is why we challenged HLKers from all disciplines and tenures to propose interactive sessions for their peers that “Tap Your Inner-Entrepreneur,” promote a “Culture of Creative Bravery” or dive into the art of “Creating Work That Moves Us.”

And we are amazed with the creativity that followed. To list just a few of the engaging sessions:

“Stopping the Scroll: How To Create Engaging Content in a Social-First World” workshop with Emily Biras, Callie MacDonald, Emily Smith and Courtney Coombes

But employee-led workshops, panel discussions and team-building exercises were just where the fun took flight. Following a full day of learning, we arguably had our most epic “kickoff” yet at CITYPARK to cheer on the St. Louis CITY SC.

For the final day of HLK MOVES, our different client groups hit the road for educational immersion days to better understand our clients’ (and their partners’) daily operations, biggest challenges and opportunities for growth.
