Ask 10 people about the best way to tailgate, and you’ll probably get 10 different answers. So to eliminate subjectivity and bias, we settled on a scientific system to find the best tailgaters in college football: voting. That’s why we created the TLG8 Tour. This five-game tour traveled the country to find the best of the best tailgaters in all of college football and spread awareness of TLG8 brand tailgating gear. Using social media, banner ads and radio spots, HLK drove people to TLG8Tour.com and our heavily branded tent at each of the five tour stops. Based on the warm receptions we got (even when the weather wasn’t), people like TLG8 on more than Facebook.
