Congratulations, 2023 Changemakers!

Cason Mooney wins "Be Curious" award

An individual who doesn’t just embrace HLK values — they live them.

They consistently challenge the status quo to bring new solutions for our clients and teams. They change the agency, our work and our communities for the better.

Each year at our annual holiday party, we host the Changemaker Awards to celebrate exceptional HLKers who reflect our core values in everything they do. The three award categories are Be Thoughtful, Be Brave and Be Curious. There are three finalists in each category who are celebrated by the agency, and then one winner for each category is chosen.

We are delighted to congratulate our three exceptional winners for 2023:
