Research revealed a powerful insight: While farmers consistently say performance drove seed decisions, they also rely heavily on trusted advisors to help evaluate fields, make planting decisions and navigate challenges throughout the season. Channel's network of SeedPros, agronomists and sales agronomists represent a competitive advantage competitors can't easily replicate, yet it has historically been framed as customer service rather than a performance driver.
This insight led to Always Show Up, an integrated B2B campaign that repositions Channel's advisor network from service providers to performance multipliers. Built around the idea that performance doesn't end at purchase, the campaign uses real Channel SeedPros instead of actors and a humor-driven creative approach that stands apart in a category dominated by technical claims and product-focused messaging.
Launched across video, digital media, social media, owned content and a dedicated landing page, the campaign creates a consistent message wherever farmers engage with the brand.
Always Show Up generated significant gains across awareness, engagement and consideration metrics, including a 50% increase in landing-page traffic, engagement rates that more than doubled year over year, more than 50,000 social mentions, and a doubling of TikTok follower growth.
Most importantly, Always Show Up transforms Channel's greatest operational strength into a differentiating brand story, shifting the conversation from product performance alone to the people who help create it.
